Simcha: A Touch of Help
A Touch of Help Package consists of ten hours of preparation work.
This package also gives you full coverage on the day of your event up to 10 hours, usually including two hours before the event through two hours after.
You can choose from the following options:
Pre-Planning
• Selection of Vendors (location/venue, caterer, florist, invitation designer, photographer, rental companies, transportation)
• Selection of theme/style as desired by client (creating a unique and personalized theme for the Mitzvah)
• Creation of invitations
Planning
• Securing location/venue
• Securing and consulting with vendors (floral consultation, food/beverage tasting, reviewing of menu, consultations with entertainment, photographer to ensure that all are in sync with the theme)
• Managing vendor payments and receipts
• Creation of floor plans
• Creation of time lines
• Evaluating set up at event location
• Purchasing decorations, miscellaneous items needed
• Ordering of invitations
• Mailing of Invitations and receipt of RSVPs
• Securing staffing
• Securing of any permits, licenses, or contracts for the event
• Contracting security
• Meetings with client to address any concerns, changes or questions
• 2 Coordinators
Day of Mitzvah
• Managing vendors and set up
• Managing flow and coordination of event
• Executing floor plan and time line
• Coordinating all deliveries and pickups
• Managing staff throughout event
• Addressing any concerns, questions of client before and during the event
• Coordinating security
• Coordination of any tips/extra to be paid
• Clean up of event
• 2 Coordinators
